The Chalet Blue Jay is a beautiful log cabin located on a private lot of over 85,000 ft2 in the prestigious Fiddler Lake Resort, where peace and privacy are guaranteed! You and your guests can fully relax and enjoy our hot tub for 8 persons. Sheltered from neighbors and prying eyes, you will be sure to find peace and privacy and fully enjoy your vacation!

New: INCLUDED in your booking, you will have access to the activities of the Fiddler Lake Resort recreational center, located a 5-10 minute walk from the chalet.
- Available all year round: heated indoor swimming pool (shared pool)
- In winter: access to the outdoor ice rink, loan of snowshoes for hiking, slides for children.
- In summer: access to the heated outdoor swimming pool of the Recreation Center (shared pool), access to the dock and boats (kayaks, canoes, paddle boards and pedal boats), tennis courts and outdoor games for kids.
This beautiful and spacious Canadian-style log cabin has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms and can accommodate up to 12 adults. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher and a microwave, and other amenities including unlimited High-speed Wi-Fi (Starlink), air conditioning, satellite TV, pool table, poker table & ping pong table. A washing machine and a dryer are also provided.
On the ground floor, you will find:
- 1 large living room with wood fireplace
- 1 large kitchen with a central island, ideal for cook and sharing good times with family and friends
- 1 master bedroom with 1 King size bed and full private bathroom
- 1 large bedroom with 1 Queen size bed and full private bathroom
- Access to the spacious wooden deck with its gas-fired BBQ, and outside table with benches
On the garden level, you will find:
- 2 bedrooms with 1 Queen size bed each
- 1 large playroom with a pool table and a poker table
- 1 lounge area with a large L-shaped sofa, satellite TV and home-entertainment centre, including a Bluetooth sound system.
- 2 convertible sofa beds (1 double + 1 Single) + 1 Single bed
- 1 shared bathroom with shower
Outside you will find:
- 1 hot tub for 8 persons
- 1 dry sauna for 8 persons
- 1 private inground heated swimming pool with comfortable long chairs (open from June 1st to the end of September, depending on weather conditions)

Our current maximum capacity is 58 people split between 5 cottages (Chalet Silver Fox - 12 persons + Chalet White Wolf - 12 persons + Chalet Blue Jay - 12 persons + Chalet White Rabbit - 10 persons + Chalet Red Deer - 12 persons... just steps away from each other!).
Chalet Blue Jay is the perfect place for receptions (such as weddings or birthday celebrations), or corporate events (such as team building or offsite meetings). The total capacity is 72 people, split between 6 cottages (Chalet Blue Jay 12 persons, Chalet White Wolf 12 persons, Chalet Silver Fox 12 persons, Chalet Red Deer 12 persons, Chalet White Rabbit 8 persons and Chalet Golden Bear 16 persons, all located just 5-7 minutes' walk from Chalet Blue Jay).
IMPORTANT: Chalet Blue Jay is ideal for family gatherings, relaxing weekends with friends, corporate events and ski weekends. This chalet is NOT suitable for bigger groups, "party animals", graduation parties or other noisy gatherings. We ask our tenants to respect and observe the number of persons agreed on at the time of booking (we monitor of the number of occupants strictly) and refrain from making excessive noise outside after 10pm. We reserve the right to retain some or all your security deposit in case of extreme noise outside after 10pm, or more occupants than originally agreed.
Chalet Blue Jay is classified 4 stars **** by the CITQ (Corporation de l'industrie Touristique du Québec). CITQ permit no. 234986.
COTTAGE RULES:
- IMPORTANT: The renters agree to respect the number of persons declared upon booking and confirned in the rental agreement. Strict control of the number of occupants is applied onsite. The basic rate is for 4 persons and an additional fee of $100 per night applies per additional person. A penalty of $150+tx per night per undeclared guest will be charged.
- It is important to respect the peace and tranquillity of the neighbourhood: parties are not permitted; Please also note that guests are expected to prevent excessive noise at night: we will not hesitate to retain the whole security deposit in case of excessive noise after 10pm;
- We do accept dogs (2 maximum per rental) but there is an additional fee of $100 per pet for the during of the stay for the hypoallergenic treatment after your stay (all our cottages are guaranteed allergy free).
